Privacy Policy

Welcome to the Privacy Policy page of our Website. Here you'll be able to find answers to FAQ's and loads more info. From now on, when I refer to "The Fastest Fox" - this is referring to https://fastestfox.pro.

Thank you for reading, this content. It's been created so you can see what's going on behind the scenes to keep our community and "the Den" safe. Your privacy and confidentially is our number one concern.

It may seem a bit much in parts, but we promise you that your well-being whilst using this website and the services it provides is why this document is so important.

The Fastest Fox promises to :
  • Keep the Community and Website Safe.
  • We Keep your Privacy, our highest priority.
  • By using only the most up-to-date technologies.
  • Provide you with premium service's that often no longer exist.
  • Easy Fox Family Support with fast and friendly replies.
  • By keeping our numbers down, It gives us more time to provide our premium service.

We use a VPN from the Den to the rest of the world. My whole family uses Proton. The supply of VPN is totally free. As is the cloud Drive, Email too with technology and the planet is at the front of all decisions. If you're happy and used to their services. Grab yourself a premium package to keep the free options available for everyone who needs them. Anyway, have a look into them. In my opinion they are the leaders of the personal online security sector. If you like what you see, make sure you use This Referral Link. You get two free weeks of Premium features, just to make sure you love it, and $20 added to your account balance.

The referral program offers discounts on any individual paid plan for any Proton service, including:

  • Proton Mail Plus
  • Proton VPN Plus
  • Proton Drive Plus
  • Proton Pass Plus
  • Proton Unlimited, which gives you access to all premium features for all Proton services, is also part of the referral program.

If you want even more layers of encryption, I can always send you my public key so we can have further peace of mind although this involves a bit of tech know how.

The Fastest Fox will always be 100% FREE to our users so you'll always have access to this safe haven, down in the Den.

Once you have registered, you'll be able to see pages that aren't made for prying eyes. They will automatically become visible to you, showing our valuable services.

So more about tech, Search Engines aren't welcome.

Registration will be easy for some and impossible for others. To register, you need to have been given certain details. A temporary password, the name of the person you know who already has access to our Den. That could be me, Mr. Fox... Mrs. Fox or one of your friends. You may at some point been given a card containing these details but never fear if it is lost. Just contact me with where you received your card or any other details you think will help my decision for your membership. I have to think about our current members first and to keep this very special part of the internet clear from negative people. Of course, if someone has become a member but is then discovered to be a rogue, they will be permanently blocked with the welfare of the other members my primary concern.

What goes on in the DEN?

This question I can't answer, my Den is owned by me but run by the people in it. I can let you know a few things though... It's completely Free to be a member. No subscriptions, no ads, no selling of personal details. This will never change, and you'll be able to use our services as much or as little as you like.

If you haven't already read the about us page, I recommend you do. It's full of great iinformation about getting setup and familiarising yourself with your own members area. There you can edit your personal details.

The Den is a rich community of like-minded people. This can't be found just anywhere, there are often places these days, where all the people around have blinkers on like horses. They have no care for their fellow man or even worse, you might see a smiley face headed in your direction but don't be fooled. This person is smiling, not for you. The smile is only there because they think they've found their next target.

More about this Website's security and how we protect our users' privacy.

For extra security communicating, Just ask Mr. Fox for GnuPG key. It's a publicly available encryption scheme that uses the “public key” approach. With GnuPG, messages are encrypted using a “public key” however, they can only be decrypted by a “private key”, which is retained by the intended recipient of the message.

If you are already using a VPN then that's excellent. If you aren't yet using one, again just ask Mr. Fox, and he'll advise how you can easily get started. Our VPN stops trackers and is routed to Switzerland and then on to the UK. Switzerland has some of the best privacy laws in the world, and they don't log timestamps or any connection data making it impossible to see who it is.

If you'd like to have a look at our VPN provider for yourself, they are called Proton. I highly recommend them and if your online privacy concerns you (which it really should), then take these free steps to insure your protection. You can use all their services for free which I did for a couple of years and then if you think they are worthy of payment, their paid services are so much better and wellworth it, in my opinion.

You can always see this information for yourself, usually by clicking on the search bar of your browser. It uses SHA-256 with RSA encryption. It gets very technical but is very effective at stopping browser hijacking. It encrypts any of the communication between The Fastest Fox website and however you are communicating with us.

The Fastest Fox and Cookies

Although Cookies can be incredibly useful in making websites more usable and user-friendly, they can also, for want of better words...take the absolute piss! It's true you have full control over if a website you visit, actually places the cookie on your computer. You can alter your browser settings to refuse all cookies all together. Unfortunately you'll then find yourself having to sign in with your full credentials to many websites. Some websites like most eCommerce websites won't work properly. So are they an annoyance - Yes! Are they dangerous? - No. Are they a privacy concern? - Most definitely. Here's a list of some of what they are capable.

Cross-Site Tracking: Third-party cookies follow you from one website to another, building a comprehensive map of your entire browsing journey.

Behavioral Profiling: They record what you click, how long you stay on a page, and what you hover over to predict your personality, politics, and health status.

Precise Geo-Location: Cookies can store your IP address and GPS data to pinpoint your exact city or neighborhood for localized tracking.

Zombie Cookies: Some "evercookies" recreate themselves even after you delete them, making it nearly impossible to "clear" your history.

Search History Logging: They track the specific terms you search for, effectively logging your private thoughts and curiosities.

Form Data Capture: They can store sensitive information you type into web forms, such as your name, physical address, and phone number.

Device Fingerprinting: Cookies help identify your specific hardware, screen resolution, and OS to ensure you are recognized even if you use a VPN.

Purchase Habit Tracking: They monitor your shopping carts and past purchases to estimate your income level and spending habits.

Session Hijacking: If stolen by hackers, session cookies allow them to "impersonate" you and access your private accounts without needing a password.

Ad Retargeting: They enable brands to "stalk" you with ads for a product you viewed once, creating an inescapable loop of targeted marketing.

Expert advice on Cookies and Online Safety In General.

I'm a self-proclaimed computer nerd who was born in the early 80s. I have grown up watching home computers and the Internet grow and change the World forever. I have got over 30 years of knowledge and most of my interests are on how tiny little electrical switches in your phone or computer, turn on and off which in, turns into a 1 or a 0. How that is then turned into the websites we see today is incredible.

So many talented people creating codes and then using them to show text, images and sounds. Now we are here... in a World where I can pick up my phone and in seconds, see and speak to someone on the other side of the planet.

As there is far, far too much for one person to learn, especially when it's all changing so quickly. Basically find out what you enjoy and focus on that. I enjoy Web Design, Front-end development, CSS, MySQL and PHP, User accounts and access policies. I hate Sudoku but I love problem-solving. Anyway, if you are a Geek like me, when you've been down into "The Fox's Den", come over to one of my sister sites Internize.io. It's got cool free stuff and has news on the latest and greatest tech.

So, after all that, my advice is, don't be scared of Cookies. Be scared of the people who are using the information farmed by them. Choose the websites you visit carefully and feel free to have a play around with your settings to see what they are actually doing. You are in full control. If you still feel uneasy about them, go and buy some Caramel Cookies and sit there in front of your computer and smile while you scoff the whole bag! Who's in control now hey! Just take away the lesson that your best protection is trustworthy websites. Good luck out there.

Do we use Cookies on The Fastest Fox?

Nope, not one. We believe your privacy and your trust in us is worth far more than any benefits we would get from using them. We aren't at all bothered about what website you came from or what buttons you pressed. It's none of our business. If at anytime we do need to use them to benefit your user experience, we will open it up and tell you exactly what it's doing. We will be completely transparent with you. Until that time we are Cookie Free and intend to stay that way.
